The Philadelphia Press Association has opened its annual journalism contest to websites, including those not affiliated with another media outlet.
The 50-year-old contest is among the most prestigious in the country and receives entries from the major newspapers, TV and radio stations in South Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
Winners will be picked based on the quality of writing an illustrations, clarity of layout and simplicity of use, consistency and the relativity of content.
